城市规划在农村建设城市化中应用注意事项

随着经济迅速发展,农村生活水平显著提高,越来越多的农村建设已经朝着城市化进行,在建筑水平、样式,公路等级,交通环境等各方面水平直追城市。也有许多城市居民将农村作为旅游地、度假地。因此应该提前进行农村建设城市化方向规划,正常运用城市规划手段,合理规划,避免规划不合理及重复建设等不良现象出现。本文结合城市规划经验及农村城市化发展特点,着重阐述城市规划运用到农村建设城市化中的一些注意事项。

With the rapid development for the economy, the rural living level is development with fast step. More and more rural construction is stepping into the urbanization. In the building level ,style ,road class and traffic environment, the rural develops rapidly with the city. Meanwhile, lots of the residents in the city regard the rural as the place of travel and vacation. As a result, we should give plan for the rural construction in advance to avoid the unreasonable and reconstruction phenomenon. The particle combines with the city plan experience and the characteristic for the urbanization of the rural to discuss some points for attention with the application for city plan into the urbanization for the rural construction.
