摘要
Disputes over territorial sovereignty are one of the most difficult and challenging problems in transnational relations. It also explains why most states involved in territorial disputes adopt the policy of keeping it low key and shelved. But the territorial disputes in Northeast Asia have undoubtedly broken this diplomatic norm.
