阿托伐他汀对46例腔隙性脑梗死患者脑血管反应性影响的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀对46例腔隙性脑梗死患者脑血管反应性的影响。方法选择2011年12月至2013年9月接受治疗的腔隙性脑梗死患者46例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组给予常规治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗。两组均连续治疗3个月。治疗前后行屏气试验,计算两组患者双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)的屏气指数(BHI)和平静呼吸时MCA平均血流速度(Vr)。结果两组治疗前双侧MCA的BHI比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗后观察组左、右侧MCA的BHI分别为1.47±0.38和1.51±0.35,对照组分别为1.32±0.34和1.35±0.38,观察组治疗后双侧MCA的BHI均明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗前后双侧Vr比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能显著改善腔隙性脑梗死患者的脑血管反应性,且不影响患者MCA的血流速度和脑血流量。
