摘要 选用 45钢作为模具基体材料作试样进行 Ni- P/ Si C/ PTFE化学复合镀 ,对镀液的 p H值、温度和搅拌速度等工艺参数进行了分析 ,并给出了提高化学复合镀稳定性的工艺措施 .该工艺可显著降低镀层的摩擦系数 ,大大提高其耐磨性和自润滑性 ,从而可提高模具的使用寿命 ,防止工件粘模 。 The technical parameters of Ni\|P/SiC/PTFE chemical complex plating, such as pH numerical value, temperature and the stir speed of the solution and so on are studied with 45 steel being the basic material of the mould. And also the technical measure to improve the stability of chemical complex plating is developed. The coefficient of friction of the plating layer can be so markedly decreased by the technology that the wearing resistance and the self lubricating capacity of the layer are highly improved too. The using life of the mould can be prolonged very greatly and the mould gluing be prevented. Therefore, the surface quality of the plastic products can be bettered.
