摘要
硼氮共渗层具有硬度高、耐磨性好、耐蚀性强等特点 ,目前已在结构件和模具中广泛应用 .选用 A3 钢和 2 0钢 ,用 X射线衍射仪和俄歇电子谱 ( AES)对渗层进行物相分析和成分分析 .结果表明 ,在硼氮共渗过程中 ,碳原子和氮原子是独立扩散的 ,在渗层与基体之间产生聚集区 。
The boronitriding layer has the specialities of high hardness, good wearing resistance and corrosion protection, so the boronitriding is used widely now. By means of Auger Electron Spectrum(AES), X\|rays diffraction, the composition and phase structure of the boronitrided A 3 steel and 20 steel are determined. These experimental results show that independent diffusion of carbon atom and nitrogen atom can produces the abundant area that can improves the layers strength in boronitriding process.
