摘要
针对油田注水系统的严重腐蚀结垢状况进行了现场调研,采集了现场注水水样,对水样成分、腐蚀垢样的组分及水的腐蚀性进行了分析,得出了影响其腐蚀结垢的主要原因。据此,提出了相应的防腐防垢措施,为整个油田注水系统的防腐防垢工作奠定了基础。
Corrosion and scale damage is serious in Zibei oil field. Regarding to this case, site survey was carried on and waterflooding water samples were collected. This paper presents the main reasons of corrosion and scale formation through the analysis of water sample, corrosion product and water corrosive. Accordingly, it provides some effective methods to prevent corrosion and scaling. And it will lay a foundation for the task of corrosion and fouling prevention in water flood-transmission system of total oil fields.
