摘要
某核电厂凝结水精处理系统废水中和池的废水排放泵叶轮在使用仅4个月的情况下发生了严重的腐蚀问题。本文通过宏微观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析等手段对失效叶轮腐蚀原因进行分析,结果表面:叶轮碳含量偏高,在晶界形成碳化物,从而发生了晶间腐蚀。
The Impeller of waste water pump were corroded on daily inspection in a domestic nuclear power plant.The investigation for the failure including chemical composition analysis,microstructure observation,and so on. The results indicated that the carbon element of the impeller was more than the standard composition and cause intercrystalline corrosion.
