简述了在DOS环境下，用软件实现CPU速度均速下降，以达到不用开箱跳线就能在较高主频的微机上运行老版DOS游戏软件的目的。并列出了汇编源程序以供参考。

In this paper was given a way of using software to slow down the speed of fast CPU. It is very easy to control the speed of the CPU with our program.And so some old version games can be played on too fast microcomputers.At last,an assembly program is listed for references.
