角蛋白酶菌株的筛选及其菌株X6的鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 通过对产角蛋白酶菌株的筛选进行研究,并对所筛选的菌株进行酶活测试,检验所筛选的菌株是否具有降解角蛋白的能力及降解能力的大小测试。结果:能够分离得到降解羽毛角蛋白的菌种,选出降解能力强的菌株X6进行分类鉴定,在研究该菌株的形态特征、运动性、培养特征和生理生化特征等基础上,初步鉴定为解淀粉类芽孢杆菌。
