摘要
为实现机载电子设备的可靠锁紧及方便拆卸,文中介绍了一种符合国军标通用性要求的机载前置A型紧定器,对其原理及结构进行了论证和设计,采用Matlab编程软件对紧定簧的参数进行了人工优化及增强设计,最后采用有限元法对紧定器的动力学特性进行了分析验证。理论分析及实际使用效果表明:该紧定器能经受严酷的机载环境考验,且符合人机工程学原理,易装易拆。
To achieve reliable locking and easy removal of the airborne electronic equipment, the A type air-borne front tighter is introduced in this paper. The principle and structure of the tighter are discussed under the military standard. The Matlab software is used to optimize parameters of the tight spring and to enhance the tighter. Finally, the tighter is verified by finite element method. The theoretical analysis and practice indicate that the tighter can withstand the harsh environment and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
