摘要
随着电子技术的发展,对设备的小型化与集成化要求越来越高,数字与模拟插件以及显示设备需要在同一平台上进行整合。文中结合雷达设备需求,介绍了一种混插机箱的设计,对机箱的结构选型、插件布置以及Z型横梁过渡件设计进行了详细描述,实现了不同长度的数字与模拟插件的混插组合,并利用FLOTHERM软件对机箱进行了热仿真分析。采用理论分析与软件仿真相结合的设计方式可明显提高产品的设计效率。
With the development of electronic technology, the miniaturization & integration are more and more important in the equipment design. The digital plug-card, the analog plug-card and the display facility are re- quired to be integrated on the same platform. In this paper the structure & thermal design of a certain cabinet with hybrid plug-card is introduced with some radar equipment requirements considered. The design type selection, the allocation of plug-card and Z-type transition of the cabinet are described in detail. Besides, thermal simulation analysis for the cabinet is carried out by the software FLOTHERM. The digital plug-cards and analog plug-cards with different length are allocated together on the same cabinet. It is found that the design efficiency is obviously improved, compared with traditional methods, when theoretical analysis & calculation and software simulation are adopted at the same time.
