美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗功能性早搏的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in treatment of functional premature beat

目的观察美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗功能性早搏的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2011年4月—2013年3月到日照市人民医院就诊的功能性早搏患者90例,随机分成美托洛尔组、稳心颗粒组、联合治疗组,每组均为30例。美托洛尔组口服美托洛尔片12.5 mg/次,2次/d;稳心颗粒组口服稳心颗粒1袋/次,3次/d;联合治疗组口服美托洛尔片和稳心颗粒,用法用量同以上两组。3组均持续治疗4周。观察治疗后两组患者的症状疗效、动态心电图疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后血压、心率及心电图相关指标进行比较。结果治疗后症状疗效美托洛尔组、稳心颗粒组、联合治疗组总有效率分别为76.6%、83.3%、96.7%;联合治疗组与另两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动态心电图疗效美托洛尔组、稳心颗粒组、联合治疗组总有效率分别为53.3%、63.3%、76.6%,联合治疗组与另两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗功能性早搏有较好疗效,其临床疗效明显优于单用稳心颗粒和美托洛尔,值得临床推广使用。

objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of functional premature beat. Method Patients （90 cases） with function premature beat, who came to People＇s Hospital of Rizhao City from April 2011 to March 2013, were randomly divided into metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups, and there were 30 cases in each group. The patients in the metoprolol group werepo administered with Metoprolol Tablets 12.5 mg/time, twice daily. The patients in the Wenxin Granule group were po administered with Wenxin Granule 1 bag/time, 3 times daily. The patients in the combination group werepo administered with Metoprolol Tablets and Wenxin Granule, the usage and dosage were the same with the above two groups. Three groups were treated for 4 weeks. The symptom efficacy and dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy between the two groups were observed after the treatment. At the same time, blood pressure, heart rate, and related parameters of electrocardiogram in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, the symptom efficacy of metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups were 76.6%, 83.3%, and 96.7% respectively, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） between the combination and the other two groups. The dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy of metoprolol, Wenxin Granule, and combination groups were 53.3%, 63.3%, and 76.6% respectively, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） between the combination group and the other two groups. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule has a good curative effect in the treatment of functional premature beat, and the clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the single usage of metoprolol and Wenxin Granule, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
