磷酸化p38MAPK在退变和正常腰椎间盘髓核组织中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察随腰椎间盘退变(NP)程度的加重,NP中磷酸化p38MAPK的定位及表达情况,探讨其与椎间盘退变程度间的关系。方法用腰椎间盘MRI退变分级系统评定留取的MRI资料的退变程度,免疫组化法检测NP组织中磷酸化p38MAPK的表达,光镜下观察磷酸化p38MAPK的表达定位及表达程度。结果随着髓核退变程度的加重,其表达量明显提高、增强,不同退变等级颈椎间盘髓核中磷酸化p38MAPK的表达有显著差异;退变腰椎间盘髓核中磷酸化p38MAPK的含量随着椎间盘退变程度的加重逐渐增加,二者之间符合以椎间盘MRI退变等级为自变量,磷酸化p38MAPK相对含量为因变量的直线关系:Y=0.423X-0.675,p38MAPK信号转导通路参与髓核退变过程。结论磷酸化p38MAPK的含量随着椎间盘退变程度的加重逐渐增加。
