化工企业开展安全生产标准化建设,是政府实施安全生产分类指导、分级监管的重要依据,是落实安全生产主体责任、规范安全生产行为、提升安全管理水平,有效防范事故发生的必要途径和重要手段。重点论述化工企业安全生产标准化"三项达标"建设的含义、关系、实施途径并提出4点创建工作建议。

Chemical enterprises to carry out the construction of work safety standardization, is an important basis for the govemment to implement safety classification guidance and supervision. It is to carry out the safe production responsibility, regulating the behavior of safe production, enhance the level of safety management, effective way and important means to prevent the accident. This paper focuses on the chemical enterprise work safety standardization ＂three standard＂ construction？ meaning, ？ relationship and ways of implementation and puts forward four suggestions to create work.
