摘要
钢渣微粉化是解决钢渣终端利用的有效途径,但采用传统粉磨工艺无法有效解决钢渣微粉生产中的除铁难题,同时也无法保证钢渣微粉产品的稳定细度和活性。采用带辊压机半终粉磨的圈流高细磨钢渣微粉粉磨工艺,可以充分发挥和利用辊压机的挤压优势和球磨机的研磨功能,达到显著改善产品性能、增产节能,又能高效除铁的效果,是当前钢渣固废利用的可靠有效方案。经优化比较和生产实践,建议在新建或改造钢渣微粉生产线时,以控制辊压机与球磨机的装机功率比在0.6~0.7,球磨机的长径比控制在3.5~4.0为宜。
Steel slag mieronization is an effective way of steel slag terminal use, but the traditional grinding process cann't effectively solve the problem of removing iron in steel slag powder and can not guarantee the stability of fineness and activity of steel slag powder products. By semi finish girnding process, making full use of roller press's extrusion advantage and ball mill's grinding function, the products" performance can be improved, and the output increased, eneryg saved, iron removed, which is the reliable and effective scheme for steel slag utilization at present. By optimization and comparsion, it is suggested that in new or alteration steel slag powder production line, the installed power rate of roller press and ball mill be controlled at 0.6 - 0.7 and the ratio of ball mill length to diameter at 3.5 - 4.0,
