摘要
基于LCZY和LCJY两水泥厂窑规格为Φ4.3m×62m的预分解窑系统热工标定结果,对构成水泥熟料烧成系统的主要热支出项目如熟料形成热、预热器出口热损失、表面热损失及冷却机系统热损失等方面进行了逐一分析,提出具有可行性的降低熟料热耗的改进措施和操作参数优化方案,为进一步提高两厂的热利用效率提供理论依据。
Based on thermal calibration results of the twoΦ4.3 m×62 m precalciner systems of LCZY and LCJY cement plant, the main clinker heat consumption items were analysed one by one such as clinker formation heat,preheater outlet heat loss, surface heat loss and grate cooler heat loss. Optimization parameter scheme and feasible improvement measures for decreasing clinker firing heat were pointed out, providing theory basis for further heat utilization efficiency.
