摘要 2013年鹿泉金隅鼎鑫水泥有限公司对能耗高的Φ4.6m×13.5m原料磨实施Φ1.8m×1.4m辊压终粉磨的节能技改,改造后的辊压机终粉磨系统一次性投产成功,运行情况良好。介绍了该系统启动前的准备工作(单机试车和联动空载试车)以及投料试生产和正常生产操作要点,最后还介绍了生产过程中出现的问题及解决方法。 In 2013, Luquan Jingyu Dingxin Cement Co.,Ltd. rebuilt its high-energy-consumptionΦ4.6 m × 13.5 m tube mill raw mill system to energy-savingΦ1.8 m × 1.4 m roller press finishing grinding system, and the new system had been put into production sucess-fully and the running condition was good. The preparation work before start-up(single commissioning and linkage no-load test) and the operation points of trial and normal production were introduced as well as the problem solutions in production.
