摘要
建立了离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中F-、Cl-、NO3--N、SO42-含量的方法。该方法实现了多种无机阴离子的同时分析测定,具有灵敏度高、线性范围较宽的优点,回收率在92%~102%之间,相对标准偏差在2.1%~5.1%之间,检出限低,满足生活饮用水中4种离子含量的测定。对色谱条件进行了优化,探讨了影响离子保留行为的因素,对排除干扰离子具有指导意义。
F^-, Cl^-, NO3 ^- N, SO4^2- contents in drinking water were detected by Ion Chromatography in this article. Simultaneous analysis for kinds of inorganic anions were achieved with high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear range, recovery from 92 %- 102 96, relative standard deviations between 2.1% - 5.1% which realized four ions content detection in drinking water. Optimizing chromatographic conditions and exploring factors that influencing ions retaining behavior were instructive in interfering ions exclusion.
