摘要
原发性高血压是目前最常见的心血管疾病,高血压相关基因多态性的筛查及关联分析,是研究高血压候选基因及其功能的主要手段之一。随着发现G蛋白β3亚单位基因多态性与增强G蛋白活性并提高细胞内信号转导相关,国内外学者开始探讨GNB3 C825T多态性与高血压的关系,但研究结果尚存在争议。就G蛋白的生物学功能、GNB3 C825T多态性与高血压病相关等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Essential hypertension was the most common cardiovascular disease, the screening and correlation analysis of Hypertension related gene polymorphisms was one of the main means to study of high blood pressure candidate genes and their functions. As found association of G protein beta 3 subunit gene polymorphism with enhance the activity of G protein and improve intracellular signal transduetion. Domestic and foreign scholars began to study the relationship between GNB3 C825T polymorphism and the high blood pressure, but the results were still controversial. This paper summarized the characteristics of G protein, relationship between G protein beta 3 subunit C825T polymorphism with essemial hypertension research progress.
