摘要
介绍了纳米颗粒的特性及用途、研究纳米颗粒分散性的内容和方法,叙述了纳米颗粒相关分析测试方法、分散方法(在成膜溶液中)。由于水资源的短缺,对今后膜分离技术以及膜分离材料的研究工作提出了更高的要求,如低能耗比、高选择分离性、高产水通量、高抗污染性能等;在当今国内外水处理、液体分离膜技术基础研究以及应用研究中,有效结合无机纳米颗粒的特性和高分子聚合物材料韧性的纳米材料复合膜是一个热点,也将成为今后膜材料相关研究的主要方向之一。
In this paper, characteristics and utility of nanoparticles were introduced, contents and methods of nanoparticles dispersion were researched, and correlation analysis test method and dispersion method(in film-forming solution) of nanoparticles weredescribed. With the shortage of water resources, it putted forward higher requirements of research work on the membrane separation technology and membrane separation materials, such as low energy consumption, high selective separation, high water flux, high anti pollution performance etc. At present, basic research and applied research on water treatment and liquid separation membrane technology, the nanomaterials composite membranes which effectively combined the speciality of nano inorganic particles and the toughness of polymer material was a hot spot in the field of domestic and overseas, and it will be one of the main direction of the membrane material research in the future.
