摘要 LNG加气站管道保冷材料的选用、厚度设计及保冷施工质量是提高管道保冷效果、控制建站成本、保证加气站安全运行的重要环节。从上述三个环节入手,并结合实际情况,详细阐述如何选用保冷材料与控制施工质量,以提高LNG管道保冷效果。选用PIR作为保冷材料,其费用仅相当于真空保温管道费用的40%,保冷效果同样满足GB50264-1997要求;保冷施工质量是提高管道保冷效果的重中之重,高质量的工程施工可将保冷寿命延长7—10a。保冷材料的布置、防潮层的施工顺序及防护层的搭接方法是保冷施工的主要监管重点。 The appropriate selection of cold insulation material, good thickness design and high - quality construction of cold insulation in the LNG filling stations are very important for the improvement of cold - insulation performance of pipelines, control of construction costs and safe operation of the station. Here described are how to select the cold - insulation materials and control of the construction quality to improve the cold insulation results of LNG pipelines. If PIR material is selected as the cold insulation material, the cost is only 30% of that of vacuum insulation, and insulation results meet the required specifications in standard GB50264 - 97. Whereas, the construction quality of cold insulation is very critical for cold insulation performance. The high - quality construction can extend the service life of cold insulation by 7 - 10 years. The layout of cold - insulation material, the construction procedures of moisture - proof layer and lapping method of protection layer are the focuses of supervision.
