炼油化工装置停工备用期间常用的防腐保护方法主要有干燥空气保护法、充氮保护法、水剂防锈保护法、油料防锈保护法和气相缓蚀剂法。介绍了停备用装置保护剂A的组成和缓蚀性能、扩散距离的测定,停备用装置保护剂A在几套炼油化工装置中的实际应用表明该保护剂A具有经济、安全、方便、省时、省力、高效、无毒等特点。通过与其他几种防腐保护方法的对比,表明停备用装置保护剂A是一种保护停工备用炼油化工装置高效、安全、经济的防护方法。
The general corrosion protection methods for the idle and standby equipment of refinery and chemical process units are dry air protection method, nitrogen protection method, liquid anti - rusting method, oil anti - rusting method and application of gas - phase corrosion inhibitor. The compositions and performance of protection agents and determination of diffusion distance are introduced. The application of protection agents on several refining and chemical units and application results are listed, which show that the protection agent for the idle and standby equipment is economic, safe, convenient, time - saving, effort - saving, high - efficiency and non - hazardous, etc. As compared with other protection methods, the application of this protection agent is a high - efficiency, safe and economic method for the protection of idle and standby equipment.
