从配方、工艺和设备等三个方面对PVC防水卷材生产过程中出现挤出机真空孔"冒料"现象的原因进行了分析,并给出了相应的解决措施;指出该现象的本质是PVC物料塑化不良,其原因是配方、工艺、设备三方面共同造成的,应将三者视作一个整体加以分析并寻找对策。

From the perspectives of formulation, process technology and equipment etc, this article gives analysis on the causes of material outflow from the extruder＇s vacuum holes during the production of PVC waterproofing membrane, and provides corresponding solutions as well. It points out improper plasticization of the PVC materials is the root of this phenomenon, and that is caused by formula, process technology and equipment together, so these three factors should be treated as a whole in the cause analysis and solution seeking.
