摘要
目的观察三海龙胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,脑缺血1.5 h后再灌注。造模成功的大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、三海龙胶囊组和尼莫地平片组。分别在缺血再灌注1、3、7 d进行神经功能评分,"干-湿"法测定脑组织含水量,TTC染色观察脑梗死面积以及甲苯胺蓝法进行大脑皮层神经元尼氏体染色。结果与模型组相比,口服三海龙胶囊能够显著改善大鼠受损的神经功能障碍(P<0.05),减少脑梗死面积(P<0.05),降低大脑组织含水量(P<0.05),阻止大脑皮层神经元中尼氏体的减少。结论三海龙胶囊能够改善大鼠缺血再灌注损伤。
Objective:To study the influence of Sanhailong capsule on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established for focal cerebral ischemia for 1.5 hours and then the reperfusion was performed.Model rats were randomly divided into model group,sham operation group,Sanhailong capsule group,and Nimodipine group.At 1,3 and 7 days after cerebral reperfusion,the protective effect of Sanhailong capsule on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was evaluated by neurofunctional score,red tetrazoline (TTC) staining,weighing of brain tissue,and staining of nissl body.Results:Compared with model group,the neurofunctional score of the Sanhailong capsule group decreased significantly (P< 0.05),brain infarction area improved significantly (P < 0.05),while water content of brain reduced (P < 0.05).Sanhailong capsule also could inhibit loss of nissl body.Conclusion:Sanhailong capsule has the effect of improving rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
