“冬病夏治”中药贴穴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床观察

Clinical Study of Winter Disease Cured in Summer by Acupoint Sticking Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Catabatic Period

目的观察"冬病夏治"中药贴穴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)期的临床疗效。方法将60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例给予COPD基本药物加中药贴穴治疗,对照组30例给予单纯CDPD基本药物治疗,两组治疗时间均为6个月。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候、呼吸相关量表评分、肺功能指标、疾病复发率均明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "冬病夏治"中药贴穴疗法能调节肺脾肾三脏功能,改善肺功能的退化,有效预防和减少COPD发病次数,减轻其发病程度。

Objective：To observe the effect of Winter Disease Cured in Summer based on acupoint sticking therapy of TCM treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in catabatic period.Methods：60 cases were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with acupoint sticking therapy of TCM and basic medicine for COPD;control group in which 30 cases were treated with mere basic medicine.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Results：After treatment,medical syndrome,respiratory symptoms,lung function,and disease recurrence rate in the treatment group were reduced （P＜ 0.05）,and there was significant difference between the 2 groups （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Winter Disease Cured in Summer based on acupoint sticking therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine can adjust the functions of lung,spleen and kidney,improve the degeneration of pulmonary function,effectively delay or prevent the morbidity of COPD,and reduce the effects of acute exacerbation.
