“知信行”理论模式在肛周脓肿围手术期中的运用与探索

A pplication and Exploration of KAP Theory Model Used in Perianal Abscess in Perioperative Period

目的探讨"知信行"理论模式在肛周脓肿围手术期中的应用。方法针对肛周脓肿围手术期的患者,采取"知信行"理论护理模式,设立规范的护理工作程序。结果 "知信行"理论护理模式,能够使护理人员规范、科学、高效率地对患者实施围手术期护理,减少护理工作中存在的随机性与盲目性,降低了护患关系的紧张感。结论实施"知信行"理论护理模式有助于提高护理质量。

Objective： To explore KAP theory model used in perianal abscess in perioperative period. Methods： Patients with perianal abscess in perioperative period was given KAP theory of nursing model to set up normative nursing program. Results： KAP theory of nursing mode could help nurses to fulfill standard, scientific and efficient work in perioperative nursing,reduce existed randomness and blindness, and alleviate tension between nurses and patients. Conclusion： Implementing KAP theory of nursing model can help to improve the quality of nursing.
