射频消融髓核成形术对绵羊颈椎生物力学稳定性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨等离子射频消融髓核成形术对颈椎生物力学稳定性的影响。方法:以成年小尾寒羊为研究对象,模拟临床对羊的颈椎间盘髓核行等离子射频消融术。于术后即刻、2周及4周分别处死3只羊,另取3只新鲜绵羊颈椎标本作为完整对照组。标本放置于XWW电子万能试验机进行生物力学测试。结果:颈椎射频消融髓核成形术对颈椎轴向压缩、前屈、后伸、左侧弯、右侧弯等生物力学指标无显著影响。结论:颈椎间盘射频消融髓核成形术对绵羊颈椎稳定性没有影响。 Objective: To investigate the biomechanical stability of the cervical spine after percutaneous nucleoplasty. Methods:The experimental study was performed on 12 sheep, and each sheep was treated with the nueleoplasty in the intereertebral discs. Three sheep were killed randomly at 0 weeks and each 3 sheep were killed at 2 and 4 weeks after the cervical nueleoplasty. Another 3 intact fresh cervial spines in non-operational sheep were harvested as the contral group. The loads were applied on all samples using XWW electronic universal testing machine for biomeehanical testing. Results:The nucleoplasty of the cervical spine did not results in significant effects on the stability of the cervical spines in biomechanics indicators (axial compression, flexion, extension, left lateral bending, right lateral bending). Conclusion: The nucleoplasty does not have any affects of the biomechanieal stability in sheep cervial spine.
