不同频率提插手法对正常大鼠背根神经电信号的分析研究 被引量:5

Characteristics and laws of electric signals of dorsal root neuron induced by lifting-thrusting manipulations of acupuncture with different frequency

摘要 目的探讨不同频率提插手法引起的神经电信号的特征和规律。方法选用健康成年雄性SD大鼠,麻醉后分离出L4脊髓背根神经束中支配足三里穴区的神经细束,将其放置于双极铂金丝电极上。用不同频率提插手法(50、100、150、200次/min)针刺大鼠足三里穴,记录支配足三里穴区脊髓背根神经细束放电的情况,利用信号类选法对降噪过的针刺电信号进行分析,得到频率与神经元放电种类及数量的规律。结果针刺电信号由3类神经元放电组成,随着频率的增加,第一类神经元与第二类神经元的放电个数也随之增加,而第三类神经元一直未出现放电。结论不同频率提插手法主要兴奋两类神经元,在本实验频率范围内提插手法频率的加大不会使原本没有响应的神经元有反应。 Objective To discuss the characteristics and laws of neuron electric signals induced by lifting-thrusting manipulations of acupuncture with different frequency. Methods Healthy and adult SD rats were chosen and anesthetized, and then nerve filaments innervating the region of Zusanli (ST36) were isolated from spinal dorsal root nerve tract IA, and put on bipolar platinum electrode. The lifting thrusting manipulations of acupuncture with different frequency (50 time/min, 100 time/min, 150 time/ min and 200 time/min) were used for stimulating ST36. The discharge of nerve filaments innervating the region of ST36 were recorded, and needling electric signals were analyzed by applying signal sorting after noise reduction for finding out the laws of types and quantity of needling frequency and variation tendency of neuronal discharge. Results Needling electric signals was composed of discharges of 3 types of neurons. As needling frequency increased, the discharge number of the first type of neurons and second type of neurons increased too, but the third type of neurons had no discharge. Conclusion The lifting thrusting manipulations of acupuncture with different frequency mainly excite two types of neurons. In the frequency ranges of this study, it can be inferred that increased lifting-thrusting frequency will not cause the reaction of neurons that have no responds originally.
