在 [日 ]臼井英治切削温度场研究基础上 ,对直角自由切削温度场进行了探讨 ,建立起新的直角自由切削平均温度理论公式 .经实验验证 ,基本解决了臼井体系理论公式计算值偏低于实际值的问题 。

A new mean temperature formula is constructed based on SAKAIHIDEHARUs research on the orthogonal free cutting temperature site.Experimental results show that new formula can solve the problem existing in SAKAIHIDEHARUs theory in which calculated results is less than the real value.The new formula provides a more accurate method conducive to a more accurate prediction of the mean temperature in the metal cutting process.
