摘要
通过对已损坏的φ40mm×50mm滚子从显微组织、硬度和钢种等方面进行试验和分析,发现热处理淬火组织不良、硬度低、淬硬层浅是导致滚子早期损坏的主要原因;材料中的碳化物网状不合格和使用中的冷作硬化对滚子也会产生不良影响。
Through testing and analysis to damaged ¢ 40 mm× 50 mm roller from the microstructure, hardness and steel type and so on through heat treatment it is found poor quenching organization, low hardness, shallow hardened layer is causing major reason damage to the roller early;unqualiifed mesh carbide in material and cold work hardening in use will also have adverse effects to roller.
