在高转速轴承寿命试验机电主轴中选用了油气润滑方式,实施稳定的微量油润滑.通过实验确认,DMN达150mm.r/min,解决了油雾润滑污染环境的问题,使环境质量良好。
The high-speed motorized spindle of the testing machine use d oil-gas lubrication way and carry out a stable trace oil lubrication during the high rotation speed bearing life test. Determined by test, DmN up to 150mm？r/min, the environmental pollution problems of the oil mist lubrication were solved, the environment quality was good. .
