该文分析了传统教育的弊端、知识经济对素质教育的要求 ,从树立以人为本的教育观念、致力于理想人格培养 ,注重知识、能力、素质三位一体 ,注重受教育者可持续发展能力训练 ,实现从知识向智慧开发转换 。

Taking into consideration the problems with traditional education and the requirements of qualified people by the growing knowledge economy,the author holds that education should start from the cultivation of ideal characteristics and combine in one knowledge,competence and quality with focus shifted from knowledge transfer to intelligence development in order to enhance the sustainable capability on the part of the educated.
