摘要
浪形保持架冲孔退料环在等分车床上加工时,由于加工精度低,达不到使用要求。为解决上述问题,选择在镗铣加工中心加工,既减少了加工工序,又提高了模具的精度、寿命,提高了生产率。
When machining discharge ring of punching die of ribbon cage with equal dividing lathe, because of its low processing accuracy the usage requirements couldn’t be met. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, the boring-milling machining center was determined to implement the operation, so that the accuracy and service life of die and productivity were improved with less machining procedure.
