深沟球轴承外圈密封槽直径尺寸测量方法改进

Improvement of measuring method for sealing groove diameter of deep groove ball bearing outer ring

通常密封型深沟球轴承外圈密封槽小牙径尺寸采用塞规测量,一个塞规只能测量一个轴承牙径尺寸,既不利于管理又比较浪费,而且塞规只能判断小牙径尺寸合格与否,不能测出椭圆。为解决以上问题,采用仪器测量外圈密封槽小牙径尺寸的方法,使尺寸和椭圆得到更有效的控制。

Usually, sealing groove diameter of sealed deep groove ball bearing outer ring is measured by gauge, one gauge can measure only one bearing dental size. It is not conducive to the management and waste. The gauge can only judge small dental size is qualiifed or not, but can not measure oval. Aiming at the above problem, device measuring of small dental diameter is adopted to control the size and ellipse effectively.
