摘要
圆柱滚子与保持架组件最大外幅圆尺寸通常采用卡尺和肉眼检查的方法,生产效率低,容易产生视觉疲劳,造成误检和漏检,影响产品质量。针对以上问题,对测量仪器和方法进行了改进,使测量结果更精确、直观,大大提高了工作效率和产品质量,减少了劳动强度。
The maximum outer circle size of the assemblies are usually checked by calliper and visual inspection, but the production efifciency is low, easy to produce visual fatigue, resulting in false check and check failure, which affects the quality of the products. Aiming at the above problems, the measuring instrument and method is improved, so that the measurement results are more accurate, intuitive, greatly improving the work efifciency and product quality, reducing the labor intensity.
