介绍汉钢公司新建棒材生产线的工艺及设备主要特点。该生产线采用多项先进工艺及设备,包括采用升降机加移钢机实现连铸坯的热装热送,采用无孔型轧制技术降低轧辊消耗,采用切分轧制工艺提高棒材产品产量,采用短应力线轧机轧制等。

The paper introduced the characteristics of process and equipments of bar rolling lines of Hanzhong Iron ＆ Steel Company, which annual product is 2 800,000 tons. The rolling lines adopt many advanced processes and equipments, which include lifter and steel-moving machine to achieve the hot delivery and hot charging of billets, the groove-less rolling process to reduce the roller consumption, the slitting rolling process to improve the produce ability of the bars, and utilizing the short stress line mill, etc.
