摘要
采用斜轧穿孔工艺试制了双金属复合管,主要工艺流程包括模铸法浇注复合铸锭、锻造复合铸锭、斜轧穿孔双金属复合管,并通过低倍、SEM及组织分析,发现复合层实现了良好的冶金结合,该工艺可在现有的常规无缝钢管穿孔机上实施,不需要投入新设备。
The dual metal clad pipe was manufactured by rotary piercing process. The process contained clad casting, clad cast ingot forging and rotary piercing process. Then the process was studied and discussed, manufacturing dual metal clad pipe by rotary piercing process is feasible on the installed piercing mill.
