摘要
消防栓阀铸造成型后有裂纹缺陷,导致水压不合格,对铸造裂纹的性质和成因进行了分析,结果表明裂纹主要是由于铸件冷却不均匀或孕育期不足产生应力所致,为工艺改进提供依据。
The paper analysis the characteristics and causes of the casting crackles of the casting hydrant valve. It turns out that the crackles are mainly caused by thermal stress and affected by casting technology. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the technology and they are put into practice and achieve satisfactory results.
