摘要 目的是调查了解钒及其化合物对作业人员的职业危害。方法采用暴露组和对照组的职业健康体检资料,对153例钒作业工人和186例对照人群的常见症状体征进行分析。结果暴露组与对照组间,眼(结膜炎)、鼻(鼻干、鼻炎)、咽部炎性改变差异显著,具有统计学意义;接钒组与对照组间,尿钒差异显著,具有统计学意义;接钒组与对照组间,心电图、尿常规差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论是钒化合物的职业性危害主要为粘膜刺激症状。 Vanadium and its compounds occupational hazards to workers. The exposure group and the control group of occupational health examination data of 153 cases of vanadium workers and 186 controls people's common symptoms and signs were analyzed. Between exposure group and control group, eye (conjunctivitis), nose (nasal dry, rhinitis), pharynx ministry inflammatory change significant difference, statistically significant; Vanadium between group and control group, significant difference was found in urine vanadium, statistically significant ; Between vanadium group and the control group, electrocardiogram, routine urine significant difference, statistically significant. Occupational hazards of vanadium compounds mainly for mucous membrane irritation.
