462名一氧化碳作业工人心电图分析

ECG Analysis on 462 Workers Exposed to Carbon Monoxide

为了了解一氧化碳作业工人心电图改变情况,选择了某钢铁集团公司462名接触一氧化碳人员为研究对象,424名非一氧化碳接触人员为对照人群。按常规检测心电图,报告参照陈新编著《黄宛临床心电图学》,采用χ2检验,分析一氧化碳作业人员与对照组的心电图异常率是否存在差异。结果显示一氧化碳作业人员心电图异常率高于对照组,差异有非常显著的统计学意义,P<0.01。调查表明长期接触低浓度一氧化碳,可以导致作业人员心电图异常。

To understand the ECG changes in the workers exposed to carbon monoxide （CO）. 462 Workers exposed to CO from an Iron and Steel Group Company were selected as the subjects for the study, while 424 workers not exposed to CO from the same company were selected as a control group. Their ECG reports were generated based on conventional ECG, with reference to ＂ Clinical Electrocardiography＂ by Huang Wan. We used X2 test to analyze whether there are differences in ECG abnormal rate between the CO-exposed group and the control group. The abnormality rates in the CO-exposed workers were significantly higher than those in the control group, with P d0.01. Long-term exposure to low concentration of CO can lead to ECG abnormalities in workers.
