摘要
探讨长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员外周血中淋巴细胞微核率与放射工龄的关系,并通过对照组建立攀枝花地区外周血中淋巴细胞微核自发率率范围。用微量全血常规培养法分别检测对照组与放射组外周血中淋巴细胞微核率,并进行统计学分析。结果显示放射组比对照组淋巴细胞微核率明显增加,差异性有统计学意义(P<0.005);不同放射工龄之间淋巴细胞微核率差异性显著有统计学意义(0.01<P<0.025);放射工龄与与外周血淋巴细胞微核率呈正的直线关系(P﹤0.01);攀钢片区微核自发率范围为0‰-5‰。结论为长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员外周血中淋巴细胞微核高于非电离辐射人群,并随着放射工龄的增加而增加,建议应建立电离辐射作业人员淋巴细胞微核率与放射工龄以及个人年有效吸收剂量曲线,同时实验室应建立本地区的微核率参考值范围,为射线防护提供基础资料。
To explore the long-term exposure to low dose ionizing radiation workers in the periph- eral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate and radiation the relationship between length of service, and through the establishment of panzhihua area in the control group in the peripheral blood lym-phocyte micronucleus rate of spontaneous rate range. Using micro whole blood routine culture method in the control group with radiotherapy group was detected in peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate, and statistical analysis. Radiation group lymphocyte micronucleus rate increased significantly than control group, the difference was statistitally significant (P 〈 0. 005) ; Lymphocyte micronucleus rate between different radiation length difference significant (0. 01 〈 P 0. 025) ; Radiation length of service with the peripheral blood lymphocyte mieronucleus rate was positively linear relationship (P 〈 0. 01) ; Scope of panzhihua area micronucleus rate of spontaneous (0 to 5‰). [Conclusion]long-term exposure to low dose ionizing radiation workers in the peripheral blood lymphocyte mieronucleus rate significantly higher than that of non-ionizing radiation, and as the radiation increase with the increase of the length of service, propose an ionizingradiation workers micronucleus rate and the length of the curve, radiation dose and micronucleus rate curve, and provide basic data for radiation protection.
