摘要
目前国内关于劳动力市场政府管制的研究主要集中在劳动力流动管制、最低工资管制、就业保护管制和劳动安全管制几个主要领域。研究成果虽然已较为丰富,但多以专题性研究为主,呈现割裂状态;同时在研究方法上,经验性研究还较为欠缺。我国劳动力市场政府管制的研究应进一步着眼于新形势下管制目标的权衡、管制权的合理配置、管制机构的完善,通过微观数据建设来加强对管制绩效的经验性研究,并构建适合我国国情的劳动力市场政府管制的评价方法和体系。
The domestic research on labor market regulation nowadays mainly concentrates on the regulation of labor mo-bility, the minimum wage, employment protection and occupational safety and health. Although the research in those areas is abundant, it is fragmented and it lacks empirical research. The domestic research on labor market regulation should further focus on the choice of regulatory targets in the new situation, the more reasonable configuration of regulatory power, and the improvement of the regulatory agencies. The micro data should be constructed to strengthen the empirical research on the ef-fect of labor market regulation in different areas. And it is also necessary to establish an evaluation system suitable for Chi-na's labor market.
