摘要
为探索能源草沼气发酵应用前景,利用自行设计的试验装置开展了京郊地区柳枝稷、荻、芦竹的沼气发酵试验,对其应用潜力开展了量化分析.3种能源草的有效沼气发酵过程持续30d,沼气产量集中在前10天内,分别占单位质量原料沼气产量的84.45%、84.81%、85.02%.3种能源草中,柳枝稷沼气发酵启动较快,基本完成沼气发酵过程所需时间较短,为18d;芦竹的单位质量原料沼气产量、单位面积沼气产量、单位面积沼气发电量较高,分别为188.67m3/t、5868.95m3/hm2、9390.33kWh/hm2,柳枝稷次之,荻再次之;荻的大气净化价值较大;每发酵生产1000m3沼气所需种植的柳枝稷、荻、芦竹在1个生长季中可以固定大气CO29135.34kg、12857.14kg、8586.57kg.柳枝稷、荻、芦竹3种能源草可以用作并丰富沼气发酵原料种类.
To explore the prospect of bioenergy grass for biomethane generation in China, fermentation tests were conducted in the auto-innovative equipment using switchgrass, silver reed, and giant reed harvested in Beijing suburb;Their application potential was then assessed quantitatively. The effective fermentation procedure spanned 30 days, and biomethane was produced mainly in the first 10 days, accounting for 84.45%, 84.81%, and 85.02% of the biomethane yield per gram. The formation of biomethane fermentation from switchgrass occurred earlier than that from the other two species, and it took a shorter time, 18 days, for the completion of biomethane generation from switchgrass. Among these three species, giant reed was optimal, with the highest biomethane yield per ton, per hm^2, and per unit power output : 188.67m^3/t, 5868.95m^3/hm^2, and 9390. 33kWh/hm^2, respectively. In terms of biomethane yield, giant reed is followed by switchgrass,and silver reed is the last. However, silver reed was optimal from an ecoIogical perspective : Air purification. In a growing season, CO2 fixation by switchgrass, silver reed, and giant reed, per 1000m^3 biomethane, is 9135.34kg, 12857.14kg, and 8586.57kg, respectively. Switchgrass, silver reed, and giant reed could be used as biomethane feedstock and make its resource richer in China
