摘要
乙酰乙酸乙酯是一种重要的有机合成原料,然而传统的大学有机化学实验教材中的制备方法,存在产品收率不高和制备钠砂的过程安全性差的缺点。改进制备方法,直接以醇钠(甲醇钠、乙醇钠和叔丁醇钠)代替钠砂作为催化剂,在较温和的条件下进行反应,并改进蒸馏的方法。结果显示乙酰乙酸乙酯的收率可达到55-74%,均优于教材的实验结果。
Ethyl acetoacetate is an important material for organic synthesis, but the tradmonal preparation method in college organic chemistry experimental material has the shortcomings of low product yield and poor security. Based on the traditional preparation method and an improved distillation method, and using sodium alkoxide as catalyst directly as well, ethyl acetoacetate is obtained under more mild condi- tions with 55-74% yields which are better than the results in experimental textbook.
