云南樟自由授粉家系子代测定及多目标选择 被引量:3

摘要 为选择优良的用材和景观林木种质资源,文章对由34个自由授粉家系组成的9年生云南樟子代测定林进行了调查分析。结果显示家系间树高、胸径、冠幅、冠高比的生长差异达到显著水平,树高、胸径、冠幅、冠高比平均值分别为2.70m、4.21cm、1.68m、0.63,变异系数分别为7.02%、12.14%、8.12%、6.26%,遗传力分别0.68、0.64、0.58和0.60。以树高和胸径的遗传增益都大于5%为优良用材林树种资源的选择标准,则入选6个家系的树高和胸径平均值分别为3.17m、5.80cm,遗传增益分别为11.79%、24.11%;以冠幅和冠高比遗传增益都大于5%选择优良的绿化树种种质资源,则入选2个家系的平均冠幅和冠高比分别为1.83m和0.69,遗传增益分别为6.32%和5.22%。 In order to select good plant species as timber or landscape germplasm resources, the 9-year-old progeny test plantation of Cinnamomum glanduliferum which consists of 34 open-pollinated families is studied. The results show there are significant differences among families in their tree height(H), diameter at breast height (DBH), crown diameter (CD), CD/H The mean value of H, DBH, CD, CD/H is 2.70m, 4.21cm, 1.68m and 0.63 respectively; the variable coefficient is 7.02%, 12.14%, 8.12% and 6.26% respectively, and the heritability is 0.68, 0.64, 0.58 and 0.60 respectively. If tree species whose genetic gains of H and DBH are both over 5% are taken as the standard for selecting excellent timber forest resources, then the mean value of H and DBH of the 6 selected families is 3.17m and 5.80cm respectively, and the estimated genetic gains are 11.79% and 24.11% respectively. If tree species whose genetic gains of CD and CD/H are both over 5% are taken as the standard for selecting excellent timber forest resources, then the mean value of CD and CD/H of the 3 selected families is 1.83m and 0.69 respectively, while the estimated genetic gains are 6.32% and 5.22% respectively.
