According to the features of Software Engineering, the necessities and significance of bilingual teaching of software engineering are analyzed. This paper conducts the study and practice from such aspects as the selection of bilingual teaching mode and teaching materials, the adoption of the teaching methods and means, the preparation of teaching scripts and the reform of evaluation mode. The effect and quality of bilingual teaching of Software Engineering have been improved by practice.
