随着经济的快速发展,社会要求企业承担的社会责任也越来越多,企业自身的发展也必须建立在承担一定的社会责任的前提下。重点介绍了国外企业社会责任发展过程的不同时期学者们对企业社会责任的不同观点以及介绍了我国学者对企业社会责任的看法,研究表明,相对于国外研究我国学者对企业社会责任的研究还有很大的距离。

With the fast development of the economy, more and more corporate social responsibilities are demanded by society. And the develop ment of the corporate itself must be based on the premise of bearing certain social responsibilities. This paper focuses on different views held by for eign scholars on corporate responsibility in its different periods of development, and introduces Chinese scholars; views on corporate social respon sibility, Research shows, with respect to foreign research study on corporate social responsibility in our country there is a great distance.
