摘要
战略管理时代,企业竞争优势再造的诱因主要表现在外部环境的变化和企业内部能力的重构两个方面,再造的动力因素包括动态能力、组织学习、企业价值观,这三种因素之间相互交织,相互影响,共同推动了企业竞争优势的再造。
In the era of strategic management, the incentives of enterprise advantage recycling mainly include two aspects: external environment and internal capabilities refactoring. And recycling of dynamic factors include dynamic capabilities, organizational learning, corporate values. These three factors are intertwined, influence each other, and jointly promote the enterprise competitive advantage of recycling.
