摘要
目的通过了解深圳市光明新区职业病发病情况,了解该区高风险职业病因素,掌握其发病特点和规律,为制定职业病防治措施提供依据。方法收集2008—2013年该区职业病诊断和调查处理资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 6年间诊断各类职业病和职业中毒48例,无死亡病例,平均发病年龄34.29岁;尘肺17例,占病例总数35.42%,有机溶剂职业中毒17例,占病例总数35.42%;噪声聋6例,占病例总数12.50%。主要集中在五金塑胶、电子、新能源材料和家具行业。结论混合性粉尘、噪声、正己烷、三氯乙烯和苯为该区高风险职业病危害因素,五金塑胶、电子、新能源材料和家具企业为该区职业病高风险行业。
[ Objective ] To understand the morbidity situation of occupational diseases in Guangming District of Shenzhen city, grasp the characteristics and law of disease, provide basis for formulating occupational disease prevention and control measures. [ Methods ] The data of occupational disease diagnosis and investigation in Guangming district from 2008-2013 were collected, and a retrospective study was carried out. [ Results] 48 cases of occupational disease and poisoning were diagnosed during the last 6 years and no eases died. The average age of onset was 34.29 years old. Among these cases, there were 17 cases of pneumoconiosis ( 35.22% ) , 17 cases of organic solvent occupational poisoning ( 35.42% ) and 6 cases of noise deafness { 12.50% ). The most cases were main in hardware and plastic, electronics, new energy materials and furniture industry. Pneumoconiosis were main the mixed type, organic solvent occupational hazards were main n-hexane, trichloroethylene and benzene. [ Conclusion ] The high risk factors of occupational hazards are mixed dust, noise, n-hexane, trichloroethylene and benzene. The risk industries are the hardware plastic, electronic, new energy materials industry and furniture enterprises.
