河池市木材加工企业噪声作业人员职业健康状况调查 被引量:5

Occupational health status of noise workers in wood processing enterprises in Hechi City

摘要 目的了解木材加工企业噪声职业危害现状及对劳动者的健康影响,为同类企业对噪声的防控及个人防护工作提供参考。方法对作业场所进行噪声强度测定,对作业工人进行职业健康检查,并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 56个岗位噪声检测结果超标率为32.14%;520名工人的健康检查总异常率为38.85%,以血压异常率(25.19%)、纯音听阈异常率(16.54%)为高。纯音听阈异常以高频听力损失为主,且不同工龄组、不同年龄组、不同性别组听力损失差异有统计学意义。结论木材加工企业生产性噪声对工人的健康危害是非常严重的,应引起政府监管部门和企业的高度重视,切实保护劳动者的身体健康。 [ Objective] To understand the present situation of noise occupational hazards in wood processing enterprises and influence on the health of workers, provide reference for the prevention and control of noise and personal protection work. [ Method ] The noise intensity in workplaces were detected, workers'occupational health examination were carried out, and the detection results were analyzed. [ Results] The over standard rate of noise detection results in 56 posts was 32.14%, total abnormal rate of health examination among 520 workers was 38.85% , the abnormal rates of blood pressure (25.19% } and pure tone hearing threshold (16.54% ) were higher. High frequency hearing loss was the main abnormal pure tone hearing threshold, and the difference of hearing loss in different length of service, ages and genders groups were statistically significant. [ Conclusion] The harm of productive noise in wood processing enterprises on the health of workers is very serious, the government supervision departments and enterprises should pay great attention to it, protect the health of workers.
